So this is blogging

I am not sure why I am blogging. Everybody has one, seems to be hip to have one. And if I don't have one, am I a dinosaur? Blogging is so public... for me at least.

Now that I am here, might as well have an objective and I guess I should use this to at least document the stuff that I am reading. Live to learn... if we stop learning, we stop living

I just finished doing the course (meaning reading) on thinking from the School of Thinking. It is rewarding, refreshing and totally required and recommended.

I hope we get that in all schools. Which reminded me of another book, The Learning Revolution, which gave me a paradigm shift experience. The ideas are not all new, in fact the book came out late 90's, I think. As a book it gave me insights on how despite all the new findings on brains and learning, we are still teaching our kids the same stuff in very much the same way... And that has got to change.

So that's it for the first post :)
